God Knows My Real Fears – Matthew 14:22-33
- When the waves of life toss me to and fro, I must “take courage” and not be afraid, because I AM is there. (Psalm 56:3)
- When I am afraid, where and to whom I turn my attention makes the difference. Keep my eyes on Jesus (Psalm 121:1).
- Don’t allow the FACTS of the situation to overshadow THE TRUTH (Jess Christ) in the situation.
- “For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].” 2 Timothy 1:7 AMP
Action Steps
Write down the scriptures or notes and have them available on your phone or throughout your home so that when you are confronted by fears, you can use and apply the Truth in your situation.

Teen and Young Adult Bible Study Kingdom Woman, by Dr. Tony Evans and Chrystal Evans Hurst. We will meet on Sundays from 6:30pm – 8:00pm eastern standard time on Zoom. The small group study will start on Sunday September 22nd and run through Sunday October 27th.
