Numbers 23:19 – “God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
2 Corinthians 1:20 – For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.
God is our Provider (Jehovah Jireh): Genesis 22:1-14
- The LORD knows what we need and He will provide it when we need it.
- We cannot separate the blessings and favor of the LORD from obedience to the LORD.
- The LORD promises to supply ALL our needs, and ALL means ALL (Philippians 4:19).
- When we are “lacking” that is the time to make sure we are “giving” (Luke 6:38).
- The LORD is the Only One who can be our Provider (Matthew 26:25-33)
No good thing will He withhold From those who walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11b).
