Numbers 23:19 – “God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
2 Corinthians 1:20 – For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.
Living Holy – 1 Peter 1:13-21
- Holiness is the chief attribute of God.
- Holiness is a quality to be developed in God’s people.
- Holiness means a cutting off or separation from what is unclean and a concentration to what is pure.
- external or ceremonial holiness
- internal or moral and spiritual holiness
- Holiness is a lifestyle and a trait that guides everything we do.
When there are times you have to make excuses or rationalize what you want to do or are doing, more often than not, the thing that we want to do is not okay (holy). It is a sign that the enemy is warring against your spirit.
