Pastor Burke received her Juris Doctorate from Appalachian School of Law. She currently has two masters. A Master’s in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Regent University and a Master’s in Christian Counseling from Luther Rice University. Pastor Burke attend undergrad at Clark Atlanta University where she obtained a Bachelor’s in Middle Grades Education.
Freda D. Givens, Ed.D

Freda began her musical training under her mother, Dr. Mildred Givens, at age 4. Her gifts in music and related arts were refined through consistent training during her years in secondary school. She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Music Education. Additionally, she has earned advanced degrees in education and continues to seek avenues to refine and perfect the gift God has blessed her with.
Donna C. Boisseau, M.S. Ed.
Director of Evangelism and Community Engagement

Donna received her Master’s in Special Education from Radford University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Management degree in Community College Policy and Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Shawn C. Thomas, Ed.D
Church Administrator
Church administration is spiritual service (1 Corinthians 12:27-28) which involves serving people effectively (1 Corinthians 14:40), while making efficient use of resources in a manner that glorifies God (1 Peter 4:9-11), for the accomplishment of the work of the ministry.
Shawn has a dual doctorate in Higher Education Leadership and Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, a master’s degree in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University, a master’s degree in Human Resource Administration from Holy Family University, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from La Salle University.
